To protect the integrity of the 4PropTrader Partner Program, affiliates must promote 4PropTrader in a lawful, ethical, and transparent manner. Any attempt to manipulate referrals, commissions, or the Partner Program is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to, the following:
Affiliates may not refer themselves or create, use, or control multiple customer accounts for the purpose of generating affiliate commissions.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Purchasing products using your own referral link or affiliate coupon.
Creating customer accounts using alternative email addresses or identities under your control.
Encouraging family members, employees, or associated persons to create accounts solely to generate affiliate commissions.
Affiliates must not engage in any activity intended to artificially generate referrals or manipulate commission payments.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
Fake registrations.
Fraudulent purchases.
Stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
Chargeback abuse.
Any activity intended to manipulate referral attribution or commission calculations.
Affiliates must not publish or communicate false, misleading, deceptive, or inaccurate information regarding 4PropTrader, its products, services, promotions, trading conditions, or payout policies.
Affiliates must not:
Guarantee profits or funded accounts.
Misrepresent trading rules or payout conditions.
Present opinions as official company policies.
Claim to be employees, representatives, or agents of 4PropTrader unless expressly authorized in writing.
Affiliates must promote 4PropTrader responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
The following activities are prohibited:
Unsolicited bulk emails (spam).
Automated direct messages.
Excessive posting in forums, communities, or social media groups.
Any promotional activity that may harm the reputation of 4PropTrader.
Affiliates may not use 4PropTrader's trademarks, branding, logos, domain names, or other intellectual property in a manner that may confuse customers or imply official ownership or authorization.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Creating websites or social media accounts impersonating 4PropTrader.
Registering domains containing the 4PropTrader brand.
Running paid advertisements using protected trademarks without prior written approval.
Affiliates may only advertise promotions, coupon codes, and offers officially provided or approved by 4PropTrader.
Affiliates must not:
Misrepresent discounts.
Advertise expired promotions as active.
Create unauthorized promotional offers.
Manipulate customers into believing unofficial discounts are endorsed by 4PropTrader.
4PropTrader reserves the right to investigate any affiliate account where suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited activity is suspected.
Affiliates agree to cooperate with any reasonable request for information during such investigations.
Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or termination from the Partner Program.
Where 4PropTrader determines, in its sole discretion, that an affiliate has engaged in prohibited practices or otherwise violated these Terms, we reserve the right to take any action deemed appropriate, including but not limited to:
Rejecting pending commissions.
Suspending commission payouts.
Suspending or permanently terminating the affiliate account.
Revoking access to the Partner Program.
Taking any additional action necessary to protect the integrity of the Partner Program and the interests of 4PropTrader and its customers.
All decisions made by 4PropTrader regarding affiliate violations are final and binding.
